I am a motivated individual with over 11 years of experience working in the healthcare field, with 6 of those as a registered physiotherapist. I am passionate about health and fitness and I enjoy working with others to help them reach their health related goals. I strongly believe in educating patients on their injuries and disorders, while providing appropriate home exercises/treatments so that they can begin to help themselves. I love to learn and am always looking for opportunities to better myself as a practitioner. I enjoy learning from others and taking part in continuing education courses.

The pride I take in the personal care of my patients is reflective in my belief that a physiotherapist should strive to be compassionate and focus on individual one-on-one patient care.
